The Challenge: At Home is the home décor superstore offering the biggest selection at the best prices. However, they still needed to acquire new customers in the space, stand out amongst competitors, and raise awareness around the brand.

The Solution: Seek out authentic reactions from real shoppers. Because when you’re shopping and find something that undeniably speaks to your style, you speak back! And what better way to speak to At Home’s customers, than in their own language. We introduced the overarching campaign line WOW! Selection, NO WAY! Prices and did a brand voice overhaul — auditing everything to make sure it wasn’t just At Home’s tone, but that it fit our target’s very own tone. We also curated a new, bold and energetic design system that would match.
